Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return period starting from the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show wear, damage, or alterations may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
